The southern state of Kentucky is home to the city of Cadiz. It is part of Trigg County and was chosen as the county seat in 1820 to overlook various administrative matters. The city has a population 2,373 people and is positioned on a total area of 3.5 square miles.

The city boasts beautiful recreational sites such as the Lake Barkley Marina which holds a status of being one of the largest human-made lakes in the world.
